What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, you can request a new one using the link on the login page. You will then be sent an email with a new password, which you can subsequently change via the my account page.

What happens if I forget my username?
If you forget your username, you can request an email reminder via the link on the login page.
How do I change my email address or other account information?
You can modify your account information by logging in and choosing the my account page and clicking on the change account details link.
If I have a problem with my account, who do I contact?
You should contact contact us by raising a support ticket. Tickets can be raised via our support page. You will be required to login first.
What operating system do I need?
Studio units plugin is currently available in VST 2.4 format for Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 only.
What are the minimum requirements to run Studio Units?
You will already need to have installed an application capable of hosting VST 2.4 plugins.
Unfortunately Studio Units plugins will not work in Wavelab.
